Stagwell Inc. is seeking an experienced Global Payroll Manager to lead a high-performing payroll team responsible for processing multi-country payrolls across APAC, Europe, LATAM and MENA regions from the Philippines.

• 7+ years of progressive payroll experience including multi-country payroll and team management.
• Strong working knowledge of payroll systems (ADP, Workday, UKG, etc.).
• Experience managing high-volume global payroll across multiple entities or clients.
• Deep understanding of global payroll concepts and processes, with NA knowledge a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee end-to-end payroll operations for multiple brands across regions (APAC, MENA, Europe, LATAM).
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of semi-monthly and monthly payrolls for large employee populations.
• Manage, coach, and develop a team of payroll specialists/coordinators.
• Ensure compliance with all payroll laws, tax reporting, and statutory requirements.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Legal, IT to support payroll integrations and policy updates.
• Resolve complex payroll issues and escalations promptly.
• Lead payroll audits and internal control reviews for data integrity and SOX compliance where applicable.
• Monitor and report on payroll KPIs and service delivery metrics.
• Oversee tax filings, annual statement processing, and other regulatory obligations.
• Lead payroll centralization and deployment efforts for in-region payrolls.
• Recommend and implement process improvements, automation, and documentation.
