Job summary

Global Jet Cargo Philippines Inc. (J&T Cargo PH) is seeking a Payroll Manager to oversee end-to-end payroll operations in the Philippines. You will validate timekeeping, ensure accurate salary computation, and coordinate with HR and Finance to disburse pay on time.

The role requires strong knowledge of garnishments, payroll taxes, and employee benefits, plus experience with payroll software and MS Office. You will maintain documentation, support audits, and protect confidential information.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
• Experience leading payroll teams or supervising payroll processes.
• Strong knowledge of garnishments and payroll taxes and compliance.
• Experience with employee benefits related to payroll.
• Proficiency in payroll software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll cycles and validate timekeeping records.
• Ensure accurate computation of salaries.
• Coordinate with HR and Finance for timely disbursement of pay.
• Monitor payroll-related compliance.
• Prepare payroll reports.
• Address employee payroll inquiries.
• Maintain up-to-date payroll documentation and systems.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support audits.
