Job summary

Workato, a leading provider of enterprise iPaaS, is seeking a Payroll Specialist to oversee payroll for the Philippines and Korea and to support APAC payroll across Singapore, Australia, Japan, and India. You will ensure statutory compliance, accurate processing, and timely government reporting while partnering with ADP and Workday teams.

In this role you will manage changes to payroll records, respond to employee inquiries within a 24-hour SLA, and contribute to the global payroll

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of payroll processing experience in multi-country environments.
• Strong knowledge of payroll regulations in Philippines and Korea.
• Experience with ADP, Workday, or Celergo.
• Experience with statutory audits is a plus.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end payroll processing for Philippines and Korea.
• Support payroll operations for APAC locations: Singapore, Australia, Japan, and India.
• Ensure compliance with government reporting and statutory requirements.
• Collaborate with ADP, Workday, and other payroll systems.
• Serve as main contact for payroll inquiries with 24-hour SLA.
• Assist internal audits and compliance reviews.
