Job summary

Dayforce is seeking a Payroll / Garnishment Specialist based in the Philippines to review, interpret, and process court-ordered garnishments and related deductions for US payroll.

You will interface with clients, resolve complex cases, and ensure accuracy and timely compliance while working US EST business hours. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to interpret legal verbiage from court orders (garnishments, child support, levies).
• Experience handling payroll-related withholding orders and deadlines.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and process withholding orders including garnishments, child support, student loans and federal and state levies accurately to avoid cost & liability as per federal & state garnishment regulations.
• Prepare and respond to inquiries for withholding orders
• Proactively highlight risks and prepare root cause analyses to ensure issues are escalated for resolution
• Must manage assigned work in an organized, proactive manner to meet all commitments, including KPIs and client SLAs
