Responsibilities

• Establish the customer tax profile and manage required forms.
• Ensure garnishments are processed accurately and timely in payroll.

• Respond to inquiries and perform root cause analysis to escalate issues.
• Manage work with KPI and SLA commitments in a proactive manner.
