Job summary

TP ICAP Group is seeking a Payroll Operations Delivery Lead to oversee end-to-end payroll across APAC regions, ensuring accuracy, compliance and timely payments. You will partner with HR, Reward, Global Mobility, and Finance to align processes with governance and external providers.

In this regional role, you will drive process improvements, implement payroll controls, and support audits while coaching the payroll team and coordinating cross-training across jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading a payroll function with governance and controls.
• Collaborative across HR, Reward, Global Mobility and Finance.
• Experience in end-to-end APAC payroll processing.
• Strong knowledge of payroll legislation and compliance.
• Experience with external payroll providers and audits.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational payroll function within GPO model.
• Collaborate with regional GPO Lead and stakeholders.
• Manage payroll controls and monthly governance reporting.
• Deliver accurate, timely payroll across jurisdictions.
• Support audits, attestations and automation projects.
• Coach and develop team members; cross-train.
