Job summary

TP ICAP is seeking a Payroll Associate to deliver accurate, compliant payroll across APAC jurisdictions. You will work within the Global Payroll Organisation, partnering with HR, Reward, Global Mobility and Finance to ensure employees are paid accurately and on time.

The role includes managing a local payroll team, supervising end-to-end payroll cycles, and supporting payroll audits and reporting. A strong Excel skillset and experience with payroll systems are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven end-to-end payroll processing experience.
• Experience across APAC payroll jurisdictions.
• Strong HR/payroll systems proficiency and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Provide local payroll expertise within the Global Payroll Organisation (GPO).
• Manage a local payroll team with cross-training support.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of all payrolls.
• Advise staff, management and HR on payroll matters.
• Process international relocations through payroll.
• Collaborate with HR, Reward, Global Mobility and Finance.
• Address payroll queries from staff and management.
• Support ad-hoc reporting and project work.
