Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of payroll experience or advanced degree with 1+ year.
• Experience supporting payroll transactions, inquiries, reconciliations, and data management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and reconciliation.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to handle confidential employee information with accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support payroll processing activities to ensure accurate and on-time pay.
• Investigate and resolve payroll inquiries, discrepancies, and issues per procedures.
• Review, validate, and maintain payroll data for accuracy and compliance.
• Assist in payroll audits, reconciliations, and reporting to support regulatory needs.
• Document and maintain payroll procedures and knowledge resources.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, vendors, and stakeholders on payroll matters.
• Support system, process, and continuous improvement initiatives for payroll.
• Utilize payroll systems and reporting tools to monitor transactions and analyze data.
