Dexcom Philippines is seeking a payroll professional to process payroll for local employees and maintain accurate records. You will ensure timely submissions, support audits, and uphold tax and regulatory compliance while leveraging eTime, Workday Workforce and SAP where applicable.

The role emphasizes accuracy, customer service, and the ability to handle high‑volume transactions in a fast-paced global health tech environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of payroll and timekeeping experience.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.
• Experience with eTime, Workforce and SAP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll for Dexcom employees in the Philippines.
• Maintain payroll records, tax filings and deductions.
• Administer payroll policies to ensure compliance and efficiency.
• Verify payroll and benefit code accuracy across systems.
• Participate in audits and resolve payroll-related issues.
