Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking an Analyst, Payroll based in Quezon City. You will manage end-to-end payroll processes, coordinate with vendors and HR, and ensure timely submission of payroll data to providers.

You will work within a global payroll framework, handling statutory compliance, tax, benefits, and allowances while driving process improvements and accurate reporting across multiple countries.

Qualifications

• Three-plus years of payroll experience and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or equivalent.
• Strong technical and analytical skills with Excel and Word.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across teams and locations.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end multi-country payroll processing and data submission to external providers.
• Perform payroll validation, controls, and compliance activities incl. tax, benefits, pensions, and allowances.
• Collaborate with vendors, stakeholders, and employees to resolve payroll queries and meet deadlines.
• Support payroll operations and continuous improvement through reporting and documentation.
