Job summary
Xerox Philippines seeks an Operations Process Analyst to design and enhance sub-area processes and systems. You will collaborate with global teams to gather requirements, identify improvement opportunities, and test approaches that speed cycles and boost accuracy.
You will document processes, define metrics, support change management, and ensure alignment with business priorities, delivering measurable gains in efficiency and quality across hardware-related operations.
Qualifications
- College degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related.
- Master’s degree in related fields is a plus.
- Experience in leading multi-disciplined projects; global teams preferred.
- Experience with automation and BI tools is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Document business processes and workflows with SIPOC and value mapping.
- Lead business process mapping and re-engineering workshops.
- Define KPIs and monitor process performance and adoption.
- Partner with IT and global teams to implement process changes.
