Job summary

Xerox Philippines is seeking a qualified Procure To Pay Process Analyst to lead Bank Operations, Treasury and TEA process design and ongoing improvements. You will develop and document process requirements and collaborate with global stakeholders to drive efficiency.

The role requires at least 5 years in accounting/finance, strong analytical skills, and experience with SAP and Concur. ERP and data analysis experience are preferred, with ability to present complex processes clearly.

Qualifications

• BS degree in accounting or Industrial Engineering; related fields accepted.
• Minimum 5 years in accounting or finance roles.
• Experience with ERP solutions and data analysis preferred.

Responsibilities

• Defines, develops, and improves Procure To Pay and Finance processes with focus on Bank Ops, Treasury and TEA.
• Reviews and analyzes process performance for improvement initiatives.
• Documents and updates key processes, policies and flow maps.
• Assists in creating training content and delivering training globally as needed.
• Monitors methodologies, processes and best practices for adoption and compliance.
• Drives projects that add value, identifies root causes and proposes corrective actions.
• Collaborates with stakeholders to conduct process responsibilities.
• Engages IT for system improvement initiatives and defines control points.
• Provides reporting to senior management on process adoption and metrics.
