Vexora is seeking a proactive Mandarin-speaking Operations Specialist to join our global payment operations team in Manila. You will support daily payment operations, resolve issues, and ensure a smooth experience across markets.

No prior payment industry experience is required; we provide comprehensive training and a fast-paced startup environment that values ownership, learning, and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Professional working proficiency in English.
• 1–3 years of experience in Operations, Customer Success, Customer Support, Merchant Support, FinTech, Banking, E-commerce, Internet Services, or related operational roles.
• Strong communication and coordination skills with the ability to work across different teams.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
• Fluent Mandarin is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the daily operations of our global payment business and ensure smooth execution of operational processes.
• Assist merchants with onboarding, account setup, and operational support throughout their lifecycle.
• Monitor payment activities and investigate transaction-related issues, working with internal teams to resolve problems efficiently.
• Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Compliance, and other cross-functional teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Maintain operational records and prepare reports to support business decisions and process improvements.
• Help optimize internal workflows and continuously improve operational efficiency.
• Support new payment products, payment channels, and market launches when required.
• Provide high-quality operational support while maintaining a strong customer and merchant experience.
