qlub is scaling its customer experience team in the Philippines, inviting a proactive Customer Experience Specialist to join from day one.

You'll respond to queries, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with Operations to turn frictionless payments into growth for restaurants. Mandarin-speaking applicants are especially encouraged.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in customer support or similar roles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and customer-oriented attitude.
• Mandarin-speaking is required to liaise with Chinese-speaking associates.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer queries via phone, email or chat in a timely manner.
• Identify and troubleshoot issues customers may encounter while using the service.
• Capture, organize and report product issues or useful discussions to the internal team.
• Work closely with the Operations team to follow up with customers and resolve technical issues.
