Job summary

Premier BPO Inc. is seeking an International Payments & Operations Specialist to support payments and back-office operations for a global workforce.

This role ensures accurate, timely, and compliant payments to independent contractors across multiple countries, with focus on reconciliations and lifecycle processes. The ideal candidate has 2-5 years in payments operations, strong attention to detail, proficiency in Excel/Sheets, and experience with payment systems and ERP.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of payments operations or related back-office experience.
• Experience handling high-volume transactions with accuracy.
• Experience with payment processing and reconciliation.
• Exposure to international or multi-country payments.
• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets, incl. Pivot Tables and lookup.
• Experience with payment systems or financial platforms/ERP.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process payouts to independent contractors across multiple countries.
• Ensure accuracy of payments, currencies, invoices, and methods.
• Coordinate payment runs to meet schedules and SLAs.
• Collaborate with payment providers, banks, and internal teams.
• Investigate and resolve failed or delayed payments.
• Reconcile payment files with invoices and timesheets.
• Maintain payment records, logs, and audit trails.
• Support contractor onboarding, offboarding, and lifecycle changes.
• Maintain contractor and payment data across systems.
