Qualifications

• Commercial mindset with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Understanding of cybersecurity controls and anti-fraud strategies.
• Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies and design-thinking techniques.

Responsibilities

• Resolve exceptions and strengthen control environments across technical, financial, and operational processes.
• Research and analyze data to address non-routine payment lifecycle issues and ensure timely fund transfers.
• Define project requirements and metrics; lead or contribute to process optimization initiatives.
• Apply systems architecture and automation knowledge to support optimization and stakeholder relationships.
• Coach and mentor team members and serve as escalation point for juniors.
