Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of global payment processing operations and systems architecture.
• Proficiency in data analysis to interpret insights for senior stakeholders.
• Experience leading teams in financial operations or payments environments.
• Understanding of cybersecurity controls and anti-fraud strategies.
• Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies and design-thinking.
• Knowledge of ISO or Swift message processing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Resolve exceptions and strengthen control environments for technical, financial, and operational processes.
• Analyze data to address non-routine payment lifecycle issues and ensure timely fund transfers.
• Define project requirements and metrics; lead or contribute to process optimization initiatives.
• Apply systems architecture and automation concepts to support optimization and stakeholder collaboration.
• Coach and mentor team members; serve as escalation point for junior staff.
