Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a senior Payments and Invoice Management leader to drive end-to-end delivery across markets. You will oversee governance, compliance, and process standardization while engaging Finance, Treasury, Procurement and Business Units to ensure service excellence.

The role requires 8–10 years in Procurement/Finance, strong SAP ERP/MM and FI experience, and proven stakeholder management with change leadership abilities. Travel up to 5% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required.
• 8–10 years of Procurement, Finance, or related experience.
• Strong collaboration, communication & influencing skills.
• Learning agility & openness to change.
• Experience with SAP ERP MM and FI modules.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Payments and Invoice Management across markets.
• Oversee governance, compliance, and process standardization.
• Engage stakeholders across Finance, Treasury, Procurement and BU Finance.
• Manage a multi-layer team including Cluster Leads and Specialists.
• Drive automation, AI, and digital enablement in payments processes.
• Oversee outsourced service delivery and KPI adherence.
