The role emphasizes process governance, adherence to SOPs, and leadership of SMEs and contingent resources to maintain high performance and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in finance, accounting, or related field.
• 3–5+ years in Payments/AP/Finance operations.
• Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
• SAP MM/FI and shared services experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Payments and Invoice Processing for assigned market clusters.
• Ensure performance against KPIs, aging, and SLAs.
• Drive issue resolution and delivery continuity.
• Engage with market stakeholders, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, controls, and governance.
• Provide coaching and leadership to SMEs and staff.
