Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine in Taguig seeks a senior Payments & Invoice Management leader to oversee end-to-end delivery across markets. You will drive governance, process standardization, and performance improvements to ensure timely payments and compliant invoicing.

You will lead a multi-layered team, coordinating with Finance, Procurement, and Business Units, while advancing automation and digital enablement within the NextGen Payments program. Travel up to 5% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• 8–10 years of Procurement, Finance, or related experience.
• Strong collaboration, communication & influencing skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt.
• SAP MM/FI experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Payments and Invoice Management delivery across markets.
• Ensure SLA, KPI, and compliance adherence to pay controls and tax/audit requirements.
• Engage stakeholders across Finance, Treasury, Procurement, and Business Units.
• Oversee standardized payment/invoice processes, SOPs, and controls.
• Drive governance with KPI ownership and accuracy of processing across clusters.
• Manage a multi-layered team and allocate resources across clusters.
