Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Global Services seeks a Senior Director, Process Excellence to shape and lead the PE strategy across global service centers. The role oversees resourcing, funding, and strategic alignment for high-impact initiatives within Manila and beyond.

The position requires 12+ years in PE, advanced lean six sigma expertise, and strong leadership to deliver value with cross-functional teams across HR, Finance and Procurement.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of Process Excellence experience or related fields.
• BA/BS required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Experience leading PE programs in a shared services environment (HR/Finance/Procurement).
• Lean and/or Six Sigma Green Belt required; Black/Master Black Belt preferred.
• Proven leadership and ability to manage multiple projects and teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop short-, mid-, and long-term Process Excellence strategies for Global Services.
• Ensure PE team is adequately resourced and funded to meet objectives.
• Engage in large projects via sponsorship and Steering Committees.
• Lead early discovery phases to shape project scope and value.
• Collaborate with Project Management and HR to align objectives and tactics.
