The role requires willingness to work a rotating 24/7 schedule with onsite weekday shifts and potential remote work on weekends or holidays, depending on operational needs. Strong English and banking experience are valued.

Qualifications

• Diploma-level qualification or higher required.
• Strong English language skills required.
• Past experience in Banking/financial services preferred.
• Proactive, autonomous work approach with initiative.
• Familiarity with card operations and risk awareness is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation, validation and ongoing review of Operational documents.
• Ensure systems and processes operate per client requirements.
• Manage and oversee the client reconciliation process.
• Respond to customer enquiries and liaise with clients as required.
• Support incident tracking and resolution with other teams.
• Maintain knowledge of Card Scheme Rules and latest regulations.
