Job summary

RS2 offers secure payment services and related software solutions for tier-1 financial institutions worldwide. As a Senior Application Software Developer, you will contribute to design, development, maintenance, and QA across a range of products, collaborating with analysts and managers to fulfill client requirements.

You will participate in the full SDLC, write unit tests, document solutions, and optimize performance and scalability while taking on project leadership when needed.

Qualifications

• Degree in computing or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum of 4 years of work experience in software development.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the entire application life cycle, focusing on coding and debugging.
• Build and perform unit tests.
• Build reusable code and libraries for future use.
• Clearly document solutions for all stakeholders.
• Optimization of applications for maximum performance and scalability.
• Collaborate with other team members to establish objectives and design functional requirements.
• Analyse, design and document new requirements.
• Perform under pressure and have the ability to deal with and solve problems quickly and accurately with limited supervision.
• Taking lead on projects when needed.
