Job summary

RS2 is seeking a proactive Business Support Analyst in the Philippines to oversee production issues, configure and test RS2 software, and implement enhancements per latest requirements. You will assess client needs, perform gap analyses, and ensure SLAs are met while coordinating with cross-functional teams.

The role requires strong business process knowledge, solid SQL skills, and experience in requirements gathering.

Qualifications

• Advanced diploma in ICT / degree in IT or related field.
• Experience gathering business requirements and designing system configurations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of payments industry is a plus.
• Experience in supporting software issues and handling tickets.

Responsibilities

• Analyse client requirements against RS2 software and perform gap analysis.
• Resolve live production issues and manage ticket backlog (SRs).
• Coordinate with Delivery, Compliance and Technical teams to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Provide knowledge transfer sessions and training to junior team members.
• Participate in onsite support or client workshops as needed, including after- hours support when required.
