Responsibilities include end-to-end filings, deadlines tracking, and drafting responses to IPOPHL actions, with emphasis on the Revised IRR and compliance across eInventionFile, eUMfile, and eIDfile processes.

Qualifications

• Experience with patent prosecution, preferably Philippine applications, or paralegal background.
• Degree in Legal Management or Paralegal Studies; IPO Academy certification or patent agent trainee experience preferred.
• Ability to prepare clean and marked-up patent claims and optimize PDFs for filing.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end filings for inventions and designs in the Philippines.
• Monitor deadlines and manage responses via eDocs for Patents.
• Track annuities and maintenance fees to prevent lapsing.
• Assist attorneys with IPOPHL Office Actions and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Coordinate national phase entry of international applications and prepare PPH requirements.
• Maintain the internal docketing system for client patents.
