Job summary
TechnologyAdvice is seeking an Associate Counsel for the Philippines to manage commercial contracts, privacy, and compliance across our international operations. You will draft and negotiate NDAs and master services agreements, review vendor terms, and provide practical risk mitigation guidance.
The ideal candidate is a Philippine Bar member with 2–4 years of relevant experience, strong English communication, and the ability to work across Finance, Sales, HR, and Tech teams in a fast-paced
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of relevant legal experience.
- Experience with commercial contracts, corporate law, data privacy, or regulatory compliance.
- In-house or law firm background preferred.
- Experience in technology, media, marketing, software, or lead-generation businesses is a plus.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication.
Responsibilities
- Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements including NDAs, MSAs, and vendor contracts.
- Identify legal and commercial risks and advise stakeholders.
- Support negotiation strategies, templates, and playbooks.
- Advise on routine contractual questions and escalate higher-risk issues.
- Conduct legal research on Philippine and international laws and compliance.
