Job summary

Schneider Electric in Cavite City is seeking a Contract Management Specialist to ensure accuracy and governance of Partnership Agreements across the Global Customer Operations Hub. You will manage PA lifecycle, renewals, updates, and OPA processing in collaboration with HR, Finance, and hub teams.

The role emphasizes data accuracy, headcount alignment, cost structures, and audit readiness, with responsibility for reporting PA status and driving timely approvals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, legal studies, or related field.
• 3–5 years of contract management or related experience.
• Experience with cross-functional stakeholders (HR, Finance, Operations).
• Familiarity with cost allocation, budgeting, and headcount planning.
• Experience with contract lifecycle management tools or ERP systems (SAP, Oracle).

Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage all Partnership Agreements, ensuring they are accurate, updated, and aligned with the applicable fiscal year.
• Lead the annual Partnership Agreement renewal cycle for the upcoming fiscal year and coordinate updates.
• Partner with Service Excellence Leaders, Hub Expansion Teams, and Finance Business Partners to validate PA details.
• Ensure headcount allocations, cost structures, and financial assumptions are aligned with agreements.
• Prepare and process One-Page Agreements (OPA) on a quarterly basis for all active PAs.
• Ensure compliance with governance standards and audit requirements; maintain audit-ready records.
• Provide regular PA status reports and develop dashboards for visibility.
