Job summary

S&P Global Energy in Manila is seeking a Contract Commercial Support Specialist to help manage global contract data, orders, and renewals within the CPQ ecosystem. You will support the Team Manager and Senior Specialist, ensuring accurate data, timely processing, and strong customer service.

You will collaborate with Sales, Client Services, and other departments to resolve inquiries, track case statuses, and meet business SLAs while upholding pricing and legal standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
• Proven experience in contract management and order processing.
• Demonstrated proficiency in accurate data entry within CPQ systems or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

• Perform contract data entry into CPQ deals.
• Manage all global orders, including new orders, amendments, and renewals, with emphasis on major customers and complex accounts.
• Track the status of cases to ensure smooth transaction processing from deal creation through fulfillment and invoicing.
• Monitor escalations from Sales, Client Services, and other teams; gather responses for prompt resolution.
• Assist Sales with client inquiries regarding products, billing, account and contract status, and changes.
• Provide contract management support to the sales organization; attend BPM meetings and report statuses.
• Ensure adherence to CPQ procedures and service level agreements; meet SLAs.
• Collaborate across the Energy organization to resolve contract management issues.
• Contribute to review and improvement of departmental processes and workflows.
• Document all activities and progress in CPQ; provide information for audits.
