Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of dedicated, full‑time Paid Media experience, or 1–2 years of broader digital marketing experience with paid media at least 30% of duties.
• Solid hands‑on experience managing campaigns across core advertising platforms — Meta Ads, TikTok Ads Manager; Google Ads a plus.
• Professional credentials (Meta Blueprint or Google Ads certifications) welcomed.
• Proficient with ad management platforms and standard reporting tools; familiarity with tracking setups essential.
• Experience with modern social ad environments (TikTok Ads Manager, business center tools) and ability to learn quickly through in‑house training.
• Strong analytical mindset; ability to interpret data and explain the why behind results.

Responsibilities

• Execute and manage paid media campaigns across Meta Business Suite and TikTok Ads Manager in accordance with strategy and KPIs.
• Perform daily campaign setup, tracking, budget monitoring, and optimization.
• Analyze performance metrics (CPM, CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS) and summarize insights and recommendations.
• Pull weekly data, populate reports, and communicate insights to clients and internal teams.
• Test ad creative variations, copy, and targeting setups; identify underperforming metrics and pivot tactics.
