Job summary

3M is seeking a Packaging Data Automation Analyst to join our global Packaging team. You will design and deliver data-driven solutions that empower business decisions across 3M's global teams, applying BI and automation to solve business problems at a global scale.

You will design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, write SQL, and build automation using Power Platform and SharePoint, while providing training to promote adoption of self-service analytics and digital tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 3–6 years in data analytics, BI or digital solutions.
• Strong dashboarding, data modeling and process automation skills.
• Proficiency in English; Mandarin is a plus; able to work with global teams.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into scalable digital solutions across regions.
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards for stakeholders.
• Write and optimize SQL queries to extract and analyze large datasets.
• Build automation with Power Platform and SharePoint to streamline workflows.
• Provide training and documentation to promote adoption of self-service analytics.
