TE Connectivity Corporate Office Philippines is seeking a data governance and analytics professional to lead master data management, data quality, and BI initiatives across systems.

You will design governance standards, build ETL pipelines, and develop dashboards in Power BI and Tableau while partnering with IT, supply chain, and data owners to enable data-driven decisions.

The role requires 3–5+ years in MDM or analytics and offers collaboration with global teams.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years in Master Data Management, Data Analytics, BI, or Data Science.
• Strong understanding of data governance and data quality management.
• Experience with SQL and relational databases.
• Experience with data transformation, ETL development, and data integration.
• Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, Excel, and VBA.
• Experience with Python for data analysis, automation, and process improvement.

Responsabilités

• Develop, implement, and maintain master data governance frameworks, standards, policies, and procedures.
• Identify, collect, validate, cleanse, enrich, and standardize master data from multiple sources.
• Establish and monitor data quality metrics, KPIs, and reporting mechanisms.
