Job summary

3M Global Service Center in the Philippines seeks an Enterprise Labeling Analyst to design, coordinate, and implement label creation processes across multiple systems. You will work with Marketing, Regulatory Affairs, Customer Service, Legal, R&D, and Quality to meet SLA targets and ensure data quality.

You will gain expertise in Loftware, PLM, MICAW, GMCE, DMT/MES/SAP/ELC, ITSM, and Power BI after training, while adhering to corporate labeling policies and ISO/QMS standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent from an accredited university.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Teams.
• Strong command of the English language.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Acquire expertise in the design and coordination of label creation and modification processes at 3M locations.
• Execute and coordinate label design and implementation across systems (SAP, MES, DMT, ELC).
• Ensure requests follow established procedures and related systems (ITSM, Blue, SharePoint, GMCE).
• Validate data and request new template creation when needed.
• Conduct test print labels with plant functions.
• Collaborate with divisions, data providers, and clients including Marketing, Business, Regulatory Affairs, Customer Service, Legal, R&D, and Quality.
• Complete tasks within SLA targets and maintain accurate status for metrics and dashboards.
• Acquire knowledge of supporting systems including Loftware, PLM, MICAW, GMCE, DMT/MES/SAP/ELC, ITSM, and Power BI.
• Escalate issues as necessary.
• Adhere to ISO and QMS standards and 3M policies.

The Enterprise Labeling Analyst position will be based at the 3M Global Service Center in the Philippines, with reporting responsibilities aligned to this location.

Job Description

Main Responsibilities

• Acquire expertise in the design and coordination of label creation and modification processes at 3M manufacturing and distribution locations, including understanding procedures, responsibilities, policies, and systems.
• Execute and coordinate tasks related to label design and implementation across various systems (e.g., SAP, MES, DMT, ELC).
• Ensure all requests are processed through established procedures, standard work, and related systems (e.g., ITSM, Blue, SharePoint, GMCE).
• Validate received data and request new template creation when necessary.
• Conduct test print labels in collaboration with relevant plant functions.
• Assign task owners and approvers within the system, ensuring timely approval and completion of work.
• Collaborate with assigned divisions, data providers, and clients, including Marketing, Business, Regulatory Affairs, Customer Service, Legal, R&D, and Quality.
• Complete assigned tasks within Service Level Agreement (SLA) targets, including ticket resolution and team controlled actions.
• Maintain up-to-date request status and actions to accurately reflect metrics or dashboards and prevent data corruption.
• Acquire comprehensive knowledge of all supporting systems, including Loftware, PLM, MICAW, GMCE, DMT/MES/SAP/ELC, ITSM, and Power BI, following the completion of training.
• Collaborate with system administrators for system needs or enhancements.
• Identify opportunities to improve data quality, process efficiency, or reduce cycle time.
• Escalate issues as necessary.
• Ensure compliance with national and international laws regarding marking requirements as defined in the Corporate Packaging Policy, and apply 3M Global Shipper Label Policy guidelines.
• Uphold 3M's ethical principles in daily work.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Supervisor.
• Adhere to ISO and Quality Management System (QMS) standards in daily work.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in SAP system will be an asset.
