Job summary

ACCA Careers seeks a Global Business Process Specialist, Order-to-Cash, to govern and continually improve global OTC processes and systems. You will work with Business, GBS, IT, Finance, and regional teams to drive consistency and scalability across the end-to-end OTC value stream.

The role handles sensitive data and acts as a change leader, supporting adoption, readiness, and capability building across teams, with travel across time zones as required.

Qualifications

• Experience in Customer Service, Finance, Credit & Collections, AR, or Cash Applications in a global context.
• Background in process ownership, business transformation, or global projects.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP ECC/S4HANA, and related integrations.

Responsibilities

• Understand project scope, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Support delivery of project objectives and milestones.
• Collaborate with Business, GBS, IT, Finance, Tax, Compliance, and regional teams.
• Promote adoption of the OTC Global Template.
• Communicate clearly with cross-functional and regional stakeholders.
• Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and risks; support resolutions.
• Contribute to capability building and team success.
• Support time zones and travel as required.
