Job summary

A global operations management company in Manila is looking for an OTC Service Delivery Operations Manager to run their global operations team. This role involves ensuring client expectations are met and maintaining high operational standards. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in operational management and a minimum of 5 years in leadership roles. A background in finance and accounting with a preference for OTC experiences is necessary. Lean Six Sigma certification is also a plus.

Qualifications

• A graduate of any 4-year course is required.
• Minimum of 5 years leadership experience is necessary.
• At least 10 years background in Operational Management, finance and accounting is needed.
• Experience in Project Management and Lean Six Sigma Certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for running a global operations team.
• Own operational result delivery for Global Invoicing & Adjustments.
• Ensure completeness of desktop procedures.
• Provide consistency across service teams in delivering global process-specific services; ensure processes and procedures are implemented and maintained.
• Act as the primary client relationship point for Invoicing and Adjustments activities and maintain a strong client partnership.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for running a global operations team in alignment with client expectations as well as supporting company Account level deliverables
• Owns operational result delivery for Global Invoicing & Adjustments Leadership to include all aspects of team management and development, metrics, and quality optimization and the drive to retain a highly motivated and engaged team
• Owns completeness of desktop procedures - ensures that procedures are always up to date and are being adhered to
• Provide consistency across service teams in the delivery of global process specific services, ensuring processes and procedures are implemented and maintained
• Act as the key relationship point for the company with its client in respect of Invoicing and Adjustments activities - maintain strong partnership with the client

TO QUALIFY:

• Must be a graduate of any 4-year course
• With a minimum of 5 years leadership experience
• Must have at least 10 years background in Operational Management, finance and accounting (preferably OTC experiences such as billings and credit management)
• Experience in Project Management and Lean Six Sigma Certification is preferred
