Job summary

Abbott is hiring a Global Business Process Specialist, Order-to-Cash (OTC) to shape and govern global OTC processes and enable systems. You will collaborate with Business, GBS, IT, Finance, Tax, Compliance, and regional teams to drive consistency, scalability, and performance across the end‑to‑end OTC value stream.

The role involves owning process governance, identifying gaps, and supporting capability building while acting as a change leader across time zones and travel as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience in process ownership or business transformation preferred.
• Experience in global or multi-country environments advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Understand project scope, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Support delivery of project objectives and milestones.
• Co-design scalable, compliant OTC solutions with cross-functional and regional teams.
• Support adoption of the OTC Global Template across initiatives.
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders across regions.
