Job summary

Accenture in Taguig is seeking an Order to Cash Ops Manager to lead a team of supervisors in the OTC tower, ensuring daily performance against KPIs and delivering compliant, high‑quality service to the client. You will own client communications, drive process improvements across billing, collections and cash applications, and mentor staff toward strong execution and career growth.

Qualifications

5 years of supervisory experience.
7+ years of relevant experience in at least one OTC sub-process (Sales/Order Management Billing Collections Deductions Management Cash Application).

Responsibilities

Manage a team of team leads/supervisors in the Order-To-Cash tower of the deal.
Reports to the service delivery lead and ensures daily operational performance and KPIs.
Act as point-of-contact for OTC sub-processes including collections, billing, cash applications, and order management.
Escalate issues and drive fast resolution and prevention.
Communicate with client to ensure compliance with procedures.
Lead client meetings to discuss debtor performance and address issues.
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in OTC processes.
Prepare forecasts/budgets and handle manual invoices.
Review account status for credit release and perform reconciliations.
Provide account updates and aging reports to customers.
Prepare write-off reports and reconcile disputes.
Ensure accuracy in revenue recognition and data for AR reports.
