Job summary

Johnson & Johnson, through DePuy Synthes, is seeking a Sr. Manager, Ops Enablement to lead enterprise-wide enablement strategies in Taguig, Philippines. You will drive process excellence and scale capabilities across global services, aligning initiatives with corporate priorities and standards.

The role oversees vendor governance, content management, and program design, partnering with HR and cross-functional leaders. Strong data use and change-management skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• Master’s degree or MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of enterprise-wide enablement strategies to improve effectiveness, consistency, and scalability.
• Drive standardization and continuous improvement of processes, tools, and workflows across regions and teams.
• Oversee vendor management strategy, including governance, performance management, and optimization of external partnerships.
• Oversee content management operations, ensuring high-quality, scalable enablement materials and resources.
• Partner with HR, business leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders to align enablement initiatives with organizational priorities.
• Design and deliver enablement programs (e.g., training, frameworks, and resources) to enhance organizational capability.
• Leverage data and insights to measure performance, identify trends, and inform strategic decisions.
• Lead change management initiatives to drive adoption of new processes, tools, and ways of working.
• Establish governance frameworks to ensure consistency, quality, and compliance with internal policies and standards.
• Direct and develop a team, including a Manager, Vendor Management and an Analyst, Content Management.
