Job summary
Johnson & Johnson Global Services seeks a strategic leader to guide the GS Commercial Services and Strategic Shaping functions from its Global Services hub in the Philippines. You will shape the operating model, govern service delivery, and partner with senior stakeholders across regions to drive scalable, compliant, customer-centered solutions.

Qualifications
- At least 10 years of professional experience is required.
- Extensive experience in operations with process and control knowledge.
- Proven leadership with strong coaching and mentoring abilities.
Responsibilities
- Set the strategic direction and multi-year service roadmap for Offer Development, Contract Management, and Regulatory Affairs GS services portfolio.
- Lead through ambiguity and enterprise change with risk-informed decisions across regions and stakeholders.
- Own the service performance framework including KPIs, SLAs, dashboards, and governance routines.
- Be a Trusted Business Partner to senior leaders across business units and Global Services leadership.
- Own financial stewardship for the service area, including budget planning and cost controls.
