Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is seeking an experienced Engineering Solutions professional to lead project initiation, planning and client engagements for major infrastructure and engineering programs in Taguig, Philippines. The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, risk management, and the development of engineering playbooks and SOPs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in engineering solutions, preferably in a consulting or client-facing role.
• Strong knowledge of engineering processes, tools, and methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and client relationships.
• Experience with business continuity planning and risk management.
• Proficiency in relevant software and platforms (e.g., BMS, SharePoint, CAR tools).

Responsabilités

• Lead document review, solution summary, renewal and kickoff meetings to assess client needs.
• Demonstrate deep understanding of products, including CAR tools, Dynamic Service and OnePM; articulate service pillars.
• Prepare and deliver client presentations and write-ups.
• Review and input on client Business Continuity Plans and Emergency Response Plans.
• Initiate and update engineering training plans and job descriptions for HR.
• Develop and maintain engineering risk registers and site due diligence assessments.
• Support engineering KPI tracking and integration with client SLAs.
