You will support the administration of reports, develop predictive models, and optimize production workflows while maintaining automation tools and data integrity. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in IT or business, plus 2+ years of relevant experience in information technology or the bankcard industry.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or business-related field.
• Typically minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Relevant experience in lieu of education may be considered in some cases.

Responsibilities

• Assists with administration and creation of business metric reports across mainframe and distributed environments.
• Assists with developing and maintaining predictive modeling tools to improve scheduling, prioritization, and coordination of production files.
• Administers automation products, applications, and business processes to maintain data and spreadsheet reporting.
• Assists with training and communications to production teams and gathers data for trending and reporting.
• Identify tuning opportunities to improve run-time optimization and develop analytical tools to identify opportunities for improvement.
