Job summary

Global Payments Process Centre, Inc. is seeking an Operations Analyst II to join our Technical Operations team in the Philippines.

You will help shape the future of global commerce by creating business metric reports across mainframe and distributed environments, and by developing predictive tools to enhance production file scheduling and coordination. You will assist with automation products, provide training to production teams, and support go-live activities for new systems.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or Business-related studies, or equivalent experience.
Typically Minimum 2 Years Relevant Exp.
Information Technology field and/or Bankcard industry experience.

Responsibilities

Assist with administration and creation of business metric reports across mainframe and distributed environments for senior/executive management.
Assist in developing and maintaining predictive modeling tools to improve scheduling, prioritization, and production file coordination.
Administer automation products and maintain data/spreadsheet reporting.
Assist with training and communicate with production teams; gather data for trending and reporting to support go-live of new systems/processes.
Identify tuning opportunities to improve run-time and collaborate with teams to fix issues; develop analytical tools to identify improvement opportunities.
Provide operational support for Business Continuity and conversion/deconversion activities; maintain communications with internal partners on critical issues.
