Qualifications

• Preferably Psychology graduate or HR related
• Must have a minimum of 3 year experience as HR Supervisor in all facets of HR (General HR/Generalist)
• L & D background is an additional requirement

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff, assign tasks, and check work at regular intervals
• Ensure consistent application of policies and procedures in assigned work areas
• Check payroll, bank, statutory remittance, final pay, salary transfer, and BIR Alpha Listing reports
• Undertake annual staff performance reviews, facilitation, and evaluation
• Discuss and finalize sourcing schedules with the Recruitment In-Charge
• Conduct preliminary interviews, consolidate assessments, and make recommendations
• Review job offers for selected applicants
• Conduct assigned topics during general orientation for new employees
• Handle employee disciplinary procedures
• Organize and ensure the success of company events and recreational activities
• Administer the medical program and initiate medical benefit review and annual Group Hospitalization Plan renewal
• Support cost simulations for company bonuses, annual merit increases, and 13th month pay
• Prepare policy/guideline drafts for GM-HR review and approval
• Ensure compliance with company policies and guidelines
• Manage the end-to-end L&D process from TNS and TNA through facilitation and post-program analysis
• Conduct cultural training and other non-HR topics and initiatives
• Generate post-program analytics and meaningful data insights
• Provide actionable recommendations and propose value-adding programs based on TNS results
