Pacific Generator Corp. is seeking a dynamic sales leader to head the team responsible for generator sets and related industrial equipment.

You will drive revenue growth by formulating strategies, mentoring sales professionals, and cultivating key client relationships in B2B and project-based settings. The role requires strong leadership, a solid understanding of power solutions, and the ability to establish long-term partnerships with diverse clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
• 3–5 years in sales, with 1–2 years in a managerial role
• Experience in generator sets, heavy equipment, or industrial products is highly preferred
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a sales team
• Strong background in B2B sales and client relationship management
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
• Ability to develop and implement sales systems and processes
• Knowledge of generator specifications, power requirements, or technical sales is an advantage
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools
