Job summary

Qualifications

• Proficient in implementing and managing network and systems infrastructure.
• Experience with network monitoring and incident/change/problem management.
• Hands-on with Python and Ansible for automation.
• Exposure to WLAN and Linux/Windows environments.
• Excellent communication and teamwork; willingness to rotate on-call.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, diagnose and resolve network and systems problems.
• Manage crisis situations and resolve problems under pressure.
• Automate repetitive tasks using Python and Ansible.
• Produce relevant documentation and SOPs.
• Implement break-fix during incidents.
• Provide 2nd line technical support.
• Share technical knowledge with 1st line staff.
