Job summary

CEVA Logistics in Makati, Philippines, seeks a Network Engineer to oversee and maintain complex network infrastructure, assist in designs, and provide first level escalation from help desk. The role spans SD-WAN, LAN, Wi-Fi, and data center networks, with documentation, upgrades, and incident handling in a 24x7 global environment.

The candidate will manage network operations, work with vendors, and ensure adherence to standards while supporting a hybrid on-site/remote schedule.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related field.
Experience with DC, SD-WAN, LAN, and Wi-Fi technologies.
CCNA certification required; CCNP preferred.

Responsibilities

Monitor and maintain network devices (SD-WAN, routers, switches, Wi-Fi controllers) and related services.
Audit devices for configurations, firmware, and risk assessment; plan upgrades.
Create and maintain network documentation and diagrams; inventory.
Handle deployments for new sites and migrations; support decommissions.
Provide change management support and incident troubleshooting with partners.
