Job summary

Microbase, Inc. in Makati City is seeking a fresh IT/network support professional for a full-time role. You will install, configure, and troubleshoot network appliances, and provide resolutions and guidance to clients.

The position involves supporting 24x7 operations, evaluating new products, and collaborating with engineering teams to deliver enterprise solutions. The ideal candidate has a CS/IT or engineering degree and is motivated, able to work under pressure, and willing to be deployed

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/college degree in CS/IT or engineering disciplines.
• Fresh Grad / Entry Level specializing in IT/Computer - Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Installs, configures and troubleshoots any network appliance listed in the approved list of supported products.
• Provides accurate and reliable resolutions to problems of the client.
• Applies best practices in implementing and providing support and recommendation.
• Provides support for clients under 24x7 MA.
• Provides tests and evaluates new products.
• Assists other engineers in providing solutions that involves enterprise application support solution.
• Documents processes and system configuration.
• Coordinates problems encountered in the system to team leader and other departments to ensure smooth flow of service.
