Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in global mobility.
• Experience with relocation management, immigration providers, and tax advisors.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• English language proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Case Management: Manage a portfolio of international assignments and guide assignees through relocation lifecycle.
• Vendor Management: Coordinate with relocation partners to ensure SLA adherence and issue escalation.
• Program Administration: Maintain assignee records and support process improvements.
• Invoicing Process: Manage weekly invoicing within the mobility program.
