Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • English language proficiency required.

Responsibilities

  • Vendor Management: Coordinate with relocation partners to ensure SLA adherence and issue escalation.

How you will contribute

You will use your in-depth process and service knowledge in your area of expertise to ensure that service level agreements and obligations are met. As a co-owner of the development of standard operating procedures, you will drive standardization and simplification of processes. In addition, you will provide input for training materials, ensure that standard operating procedures and data protection activities comply with Mondelēz International policies and the law, analyze and report on exceptions and offer recommendations for process improvements, and lead the sustainable continuous improvement process for the team.

Role Overview:

As a Global Mobility Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting the international assignment program for Mondelēz International. You will manage the end-to-end mobility process for employees relocating to and from various global locations. You will be a key point of contact for assignees, HR partners, and external vendors, ensuring a seamless and compliant relocation experience.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Case Management: Manage a portfolio of international assignments, providing guidance and support to assignees throughout the assignment lifecycle (initiation, relocation, on-assignment support, repatriation). Act as point of contact for assignees, addressing inquiries related to relocation, immigration, compensation and benefits. Collaborate with People Leads and other stakeholders to understand business needs and ensure alignment with the global mobility program.


  • Vendor Management: Liaise with external vendors (relocation management companies, immigration providers, tax advisors) to coordinate services and ensure quality delivery. Monitor vendor performance against service level agreements (SLAs) and escalation issues as needed.


  • Program Administration: Maintain accurate and up-to-date assignee records in the global mobility system. Support the development and implementation of process improvements and program enhancements.


  • Invoicing Process: Manage invoicing process on a weekly basis.



Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.


  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in global mobility


  • Experience working with relocation management companies, immigration providers, and tax advisors.


  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.


  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.


  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).


  • English is mandatory
