Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking an Immigration Team Advisor to coordinate immigration requirements across dedicated markets within the Global Mobility team. You will ensure compliance tracking for foreign hires and work with third-party partners to manage sponsorship of work permits and residency permits.

Based in Manila with a CET-aligned schedule, you will monitor permit validity, refresh SOPs, produce monthly dashboards, and support advisors with immigration knowledge.

Qualifications

• Good understanding of the Immigration landscape.
• Ability to deal with stakeholders at all levels.
• Specific knowledge around the European Immigration landscape would be a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own immigration compliance for foreign hires by supporting the Global Mobility Advisors in monitoring the application for work permits of international movers and keeping SOPs up to date.
• Track the validity of work permits and prompt employees, line managers, and Global Mobility of upcoming expiring dates; initiate renewal services and ensure HRIS is updated.
• Issue monthly dashboards with key highlights.
• Support Global Mobility Advisors with expert immigration knowledge in reviewing complex cases; cooperate with the immigration service provider and share regulatory updates.
• Continuous improvement: suggest process changes to simplify and streamline workflows with the employee experience in mind.
• Participate in Global Mobility projects as required.
