You will guide on policies, manage cases end-to-end, and ensure data integrity across Workday and mobility platforms.

The role requires 3–5 years in global mobility, strong Excel skills, and collaboration with stakeholders across regions to optimize service delivery and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in immigration, HR, or related field.
• 3–5 years of global mobility and immigration experience.
• Solid knowledge of global immigration regulations and corporate mobility practices.
• Experience with HRIS systems, preferably Workday.
• Proven track record with invoice processing.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance on global immigration policies, country visa/work permit applications, and compliant activities for hires and current employees.
• Lead end-to-end case management for new hires, global transfers, and immigration matters; generate letters and coordinate local contracts.
• Manage immigration mobility platform administration, system access, roles, data integrity, and reporting.
• Review invoices from tax providers, relocation vendors, and immigration vendors; coordinate housing allowance payments.
